Dr. DeYoung received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa in 1989, a Masters in Pharmacy Administration from Purdue University and a PhD in Social and Administrative Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota. His classroom experience includes coordinating professional practice development laboratory courses, teaching pharmacy management, nonprescription drug therapy, and patient counseling classes, and preparing first-year students for early exposure to community pharmacy
practice. He has served as an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean for Student Services at the Nevada College of Pharmacy since November 2001.
