Leadership Creativity and Innovation

This course focuses on visionary leadership and developing a culture of creativity and innovation. The residents will be able to create a vision for an organization that its employees can share as a common goal; understand the subtleties of different leadership models, styles and attributes as they relate to creativity and innovation; use creativity techniques to develop new ideas, products and services; and, use innovation techniques to creatively implement ideas, products, and services.
