06/14/2007 - College of Pharmacy: Ambulatory Care Faculty
Applicants from all specialty areas are encouraged to apply, especially those with an interest in pediatric or adult ambulatory care. The successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities including didactic teaching, clinical practice, precepting, service to the College and scholarly endeavors. Several potential practice sites are available with the possibility of working in an established clinical site or developing a new clinical practice with the strong support of a local hospital. All possible sites have > 400 beds. The exact emphasis or responsibilities are flexible, and will be tailored to meet the individual professional goals of the candidate. Other opportunities include assisting in the development of a College-sponsored residency program and the potential for teaching other healthcare professional students or trainees. Candidate Qualifications:
The candidate shall have a doctor of pharmacy degree with residency or fellowship training (or equivalent experience) and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Nevada.
