USN Presents Chef, Wine & Spirits Too

A walking tour of several restaurants. This “taste-full” event will feature a variety of wines and liquors, supplied by DeLuca Liquor & Wine, Ltd.

People will be “spirited” away to the first of several restaurant stations where they will be served appetizers and exotic cocktails and wines provided by DeLuca Liquor & Wine, Ltd. The chef at each restaurant station, working with DeLuca staff, will explain the pairing of the different flavors. Attendees will go to the second station for soup and salad with wine pairings, then on to the third station for entrée with wine pairings and back to the Ritz Carlton station for dessert and wine pairings.

Attendees can purchase puzzle pieces for the grand prize throughout the evening. A complimentary cookbook featuring the chefs, their restaurants, their recipes and the wine pairings will be given to each guest.
