Dr. Ben Wills graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Management from Marymount Manhattan College in New York. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree with Awards from Rutgers University, New Jersey. He has over 10 years of experience in human resources management, personnel administration and over 20 years extensive legal experience concentrating in the areas of employment and education law.

Prior to coming to the University of Southern Nevada, Dr. Wills was the Associate Director of the Valley Employers Association in Fresno, California, providing human resource management services for over 200 employers, including several schools and colleges.

A devoted teacher and educator, Dr. Wills has provided many years of service as an adjunct professor with The Ohio State University College of Law, University of Rio Grande, and Columbus State Community College. He is the author of numerous articles and publications on human resources, employment law, and school law topics and he has appeared at several workshops and seminars as a presenter on these subjects.
