Angi has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Angi is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computing Technology in Education with Nova Southeastern University. 

She has worked in education since 1996 serving in administrative support and technology services related positions. She is currently an active member in the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP), American Business Women's Association (ABWA), and Women in Technology International (WITI). Angi's hobbies include shopping, travel, and spending time with her family.
