Dr. Fuller graduated with his PharmD degree from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in 1990. Since that time, he has worked at University Medical Center first as the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for the Medical Intensive Care Unit and currently as the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for HIV/AIDS. Dr. Fuller has prescribing privileges under Dr. Jerry Cade for the inpatient HIV unit. He is the Director of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Research for Nevada AIDS Research and Education Society (NARES) which allows him to facilitate research at UMC Wellness Center for HIV infected people.

Dr. Fuller is on the teaching faculty with University of Nevada School of Medicine, University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, Idaho State University College of Pharmacy University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy and the Pacific AIDS ETC.
