The University of Southern Nevada Financial Aid Office staff is here to assist students with the process of applying for financial aid. Our experienced staff is available during office hours to respond to your financial aid questions and requests. No appointments are necessary. Students are assisted in the office on a walk-in basis or may call to speak with a financial aid representative. Financial Aid Offices are located on both the Henderson and South Jordan campuses. 

In an effort to contact students as quickly and efficiently as possible about their status in the financial aid process, the Financial Aid Office will use email as the primary means of communicating with students. We will use your USN student email address as the main contact while you are enrolled. It is your responsibility to maintain your student email address in order to receive important financial aid information.

Remember: You must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) every academic year in order to receive financial aid.
