Constituents of USN and nonaffiliated patrons may use the ILL service to request articles, books and audiovisual materials.

Policies & Order Fees

• Students: $3 per article, $7 per rush article, $7 per book. First two articles ordered are free.  In addition, after every 10th paid article, the 11th ordered is free of charge.*
• Alumni & Adjunct Faculty: $5 per article, $9 per rush article, $9 per book.
• Faculty & Staff: must pay cost of ILL request
• Other: $6 per article, $10 per rush article, $10 per book.**

*Book & AV borrowing policies vary from each library and due dates will be specified at time of pick up.
**Books & AV may not leave the library.

About Payment

Prepayment for request, made by cash, charge or check made payable to University of Southern Nevada, is required. A library staff member will contact you upon receipt of your request regarding payment arrangements. Payments will be refunded if request is unable to be filled. In the event of a bounced check, patron is responsible for check amount plus non-sufficient fund fees.
