DOCTOR OF PHARMACY PROGRAM
The University of Southern Nevada offers a Doctor of Pharmacy program leading to the attainment of the PharmD degree, the entry-level degree for the profession of pharmacy. The curriculum is arranged such that students enrolled in the program can earn the PharmD degree in three years, rather than four. Students fulfill academic requirements throughout the year. However, the curricular schedule allows for a variety of breaks between academic blocks and clinical rotations as well as time for limited summer and holiday vacations.

University of Southern Nevada has partnered with the Galleria at Sunset Mall in Henderson to present the Winter Wonderland Health Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2009. The event is free and open to the public.

Pharmacy Continuing Education Programs
The University of Southern Nevada College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a Provider of continuing pharmacy education. We will be offering several law CE programs in the near future and live CE programs in Reno and in Northern Utah.
