Second Annual USN Chefs, Wine & Spirits Too!

This dining experience begins with appetizers and exotic cocktails. Guests will then be treated to a five-course epicurean adventure prepared by chefs from several Lake Las Vegas Resort and area restaurants along with select wine pairings.

Featured chefs include Executive Chef Stephen Marshall, The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas; Executive Chef Joshua Clark, Sunset & Vines and Co-Owner and Executive Chef Beni Velazquez, Steeles Restaurant. The evening will conclude with delectable desserts prepared by world champion Pastry Chef Chris Hammer of The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas.

The event will feature fine wines by Veramonte and Primus and spirits by Brown-Forman, Castle Brands and Ascender Brand.

Seating is limited and reservations are required. Cost to attend is $125 per person, $240 per couple, or $1,150 for a table of 10. Each guest will receive a complementary cookbook featuring the evening’s chefs, restaurants, recipes and wine pairings.
