Student Health Insurance
All students are required to have medical insurance. Medical insurance through Renaissance, Inc. is available for purchase by students. The coverage is for the academic year.

While insurance coverage with Renaissance, Inc for USN students provides medical insurance we also realize some students have other insurance coverage. With this, the waiver form process is provided for students to have documentation completed and provide to the Student Services Office to confirm their coverage and opt to waive accepting Renaissance, Inc insurance.The following link is a list of the Medical, Dental and Vision providers for the 2008-2009 academic year. The effective dates of coverage are August 28, 2008 through August 29, 2009.
