USN Tech Services uses GoToAssist to chat and interact with you on your PC. Please note this service is available during office hours.

COMPUTER TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
GROUP TRAINING: Group sessions on software titles such as Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat will be scheduled throughout the year for employees and students. Schedules will be posted on the Technology Services web page, in addition to broadcast emails announcing newly scheduled classes.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING: Faculty, staff, and students may contact the help desk for a one-on-one training session on any college supported technology. These sessions offer you the opportunity to address specific questions about the technologies you use most. These are by appointment only, and must be scheduled in advance.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
University of Southern Nevada Technology Resources (USNTR) are intended to support and enhance the academic mission and administrative functions of the university. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) states the rules and regulations regarding the use of these technologies.
DELL PURCHASE PROGRAM
The University of Southern Nevada is pleased to announce the Dell Purchase Program. Receive up to a 12% discount off Dell list prices! The Dell Purchase Program is available to all University of Southern Nevada students, faculty, and staff. This Purchase Program also offers the same promotions (free upgrades, etc.) that are offered on the Dell Website. Dell has also configured University recommended packages. All first year students in the College of Pharmacy and the College of Nursing participate in the Dell 1:1 Initiative, which provides a new laptop computer to students upon matriculation.
